Job Summary

Role Summary

This role is the single point of contact for Wipro at a large utility client. It combines delivery oversight commercial engagement and client relationship management across a portfolio of active SoWs. There is no account team layer between this role and the client. The person needs to be comfortable holding all three responsibilities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day delivery across ADMS AMI and GIS engagements ensuring quality timeliness and client satisfaction
Serve as the primary relationship contact for client stakeholders across IT Distribution Applications IT Program Management and Design and Spatial Management
Lead or support commercial conversations including scope changes contract renewals and pursuit activities
Drive decision-making by engaging stakeholders individually and collectively building consensus before escalating to sign-off
Represent Wipro in project governance forums and manage the risk of accountability being shifted in a multi-vendor environment
Manage monthly reporting forecasting and invoicing cadences with client finance and project management teams
