• Meet with potential clients to assess project needs and prepare estimates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers contractors property managers and insurance professionals
• Oversee scheduling production coordination and daily operations
• Support and supervise field teams to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with OSHA EPA DEQ and company safety standards
• Work with admin to manage project documentation and administrative processes
• Participate in networking and marketing efforts to grow business opportunities
• Help foster a positive team-oriented company culture

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional and customer-service-oriented attitude
• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Oregon Drivers License with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Previous experience in asbestos abatement environmental services restoration construction or related industries preferred
• Knowledge of asbestos regulations and safety procedures is a plus
