A competitive salary range of $85000 - $95000 annually reflects our commitment to attracting top talent in the industry.

• Develop and manage an innovative beverage program that aligns with the restaurants concept
• Supervise and train bar staff to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar area
• Design cocktail menus and create unique drink offerings
• Manage inventory ordering and storage of beverage supplies
• Monitor sales and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create pairings that enhance the dining experience

• Proven experience as a Beverage Director or Bar Manager in a high-end restaurant setting
• Strong knowledge of beverage trends cocktails and spirits
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience in inventory management and cost control
