• Manage day-to-day operations of the commissary ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency
• Supervise and train staff to ensure adherence to safety and hygiene practices
• Oversee inventory management and procurement processes
• Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize workflow

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
