As a BOH Cook Crew Member at Chick-fil-A you are responsible for preparing high-quality food quickly safely and accurately in a fast-paced airport environment. Key Responsibilities
Prepare cook assemble and present food safely quickly and efficiently meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations including fries breading assembling boards and food prep
Stock kitchen inventory as needed
Keep the kitchen neat clean and orderly at all times
Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and staying up-to-date on any changes
Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
Other duties as assigned
Maintain speed accuracy and food quality during high-volume meal periods.
Ensure all food products are properly stocked rotated labeled and stored.
Follow all food safety sanitation and temperature control procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen equipment prep areas coolers freezers and storage areas.
Assist with unloading deliveries stocking inventory and monitoring product levels throughout shifts.
Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
Support daily opening closing and side work responsibilities.
Respond quickly to changing business demands while maintaining operational standards.
Maintain professionalism urgency and teamwork throughout the shift.
Follow all company policies airport regulations and safety procedures.

Previous kitchen restaurant or food service experience preferred but not required.

Reliable attendance and professional work ethic required.
