As an ARMO Technician Equipment II you will support equipment maintenance inspections and repair activities in our AMO facility. You will follow established procedures complete preventative maintenance on time and help maintain a strong safety and quality culture. You will work closely with AMO supervision to ensure tasks are completed accurately equipment failures are prevented and continuous improvement is supported across the shop.
As an ARMO Technician Equipment II you will be responsible for:
Completing all tasks with full compliance to AMO procedures
Supporting AMO supervision during audits and quality checks
Preventing equipment failures through consistent maintenance and inspections
Completing preventative maintenance on time and following all AMO documentation requirements
Seeking additional training when needed and performing tasks with quality in mind
Helping reduce AMOrelated NCRs through accurate work and procedural discipline
Maintaining a strong safety culture and striving for zero HSE incidents
Keeping the shop clean and following hazardous waste procedures
Communicating inspection status and progress to AMO supervision
Adapting to changes in AMO processes and supporting continuous improvement

To be successful in this role you will:
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use common hand tools
Be able to read and interpret maintenance documents drawings and parts lists
Be able to follow formal procedures and perform basic mathematical calculations
Have basic computer skills and familiarity with measurement and gauging tools
Have basic electrical troubleshooting experience
Have experience working with small gas engines
Have experience working with hydraulic engines or hydraulic systems
Hold a technical diploma or associate degree in a mechanical field (preferred)
Have 2 years of relevant industry experience (airline military oilfield automotive)

This role is Monday to Friday 8 AM 5 PM with occasional overtime based on operational needs.
