Shift Schedule & Pattern:

Rotating 2-week schedule: 2 days on 2 days off 2 days on 3 days off 3 days on and 2 days off.
Sunday Monday: On
Tuesday Wednesday: Off
Thursday Friday: On
Saturday Monday: Off
Tuesday Thursday: On
Friday Saturday: Off
Summary
The Senior Manufacturing Maintenance Technician / Equipment Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing production equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing filling and packaging operations. This role performs preventive maintenance troubleshooting equipment repairs fabrication and process improvement activities while ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational procedures. The technician collaborates with maintenance engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability optimize operational efficiency (OEE) and support new equipment installations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs and adjustments on production equipment based on work orders or management requests.
  • Support manufacturing filling and packaging operations by maintaining and improving equipment performance and OEE.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical mechanical pneumatic lubrication automation and control systems.
  • Complete preventive maintenance (PM) activities and scheduled repair work orders.
  • Fabricate and machine replacement parts and perform welding as needed.
  • Analyze maintenance issues and implement corrective actions in accordance with SOPs.
  • Communicate equipment status maintenance activities and shift handover information to team leads and supervisors.
  • Provide recommendations to improve equipment reliability and maintenance strategies.
  • Partner with engineering teams on capital equipment projects and new equipment installations.
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and report actual or potential safety hazards.
  • Work scheduled shifts and overtime as required.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working with automated production equipment.
  • Process automation and control troubleshooting experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical electronics and controls technologies.
  • Powered industrial equipment operation training.
  • Experience with safety programs including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Hot Work Confined Space Entry and Elevated Work Safety
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Maintenance work order systems (CMMS) and Corporate software applications
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting repair disassembly and reassembly skills.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical systems Pneumatic systems Lubrication systems Electrical systems and Industrial automation and controls
  • Experience with industrial control wiring systems.
  • Welding machining and fabrication skills.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operators maintenance personnel and engineering teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to stand for up to 6 hours at a time and work shifts up to 12 hours.
  • Ability to squat bend climb ladders and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequently maneuver up and down ladders.
  • Wear cleanroom gowning and PPE as required.
  • Adhere to all company health safety and environmental policies.
