Were looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to partner with our Director of Marketing & Business Development. This isnt just an admin role youll be at the heart of strategic projects client engagement and business growth initiatives. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love being the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly this opportunity is for you.

What you will do
  • Be the Directors right hand: Manage calendars meetings travel and daily priorities.
  • Drive impact: Support marketing campaigns business development initiatives and client engagement activities.
  • Keep projects on track: Monitor timelines follow up on deliverables and ensure smooth coordination across teams.
  • Own communications: Prepare presentations reports and proposals that make an impression.
  • Build relationships: Act as the first point of contact for clients partners and internal stakeholders.
What Were Looking For
  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
  • 35 years of experience supporting senior leaders (Executive Assistant or similar).
  • Strong knowledge of marketing and business development processes.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Tech-savvy: MS Office Suite CRM tools project management software.
  • Discretion professionalism and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
