The Role
We are seeking a skilled IT Executive to join our Lahore this role you will be responsible for managing and supporting IT systems ensuring smooth operations of infrastructure maintaining information security and providing technical support to end-users. The position requires a strong mix of technical expertise problem-solving ability and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

User and License Management

  • Manage Azure Active Directory and MS365 user accounts and licenses.
  • Oversee MS365 Admin Centre (Exchange SharePoint OneDrive Azure Teams).


Technical Support and Troubleshooting

  • Troubleshoot Windows Office network connections and desktop applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Support remote users and create documentation for common queries.
  • Manage help desk ticketing and IT asset management.


System and Network Administration

  • Perform routine system checks (daily weekly monthly).
  • Plan install configure troubleshoot maintain and upgrade operating systems.
  • Provide hands-on support with LAN/WAN infrastructure and devices (switches routers firewalls).


Audio-Visual and Conference Room Support

  • Assist with audio-visual setups and technical support for conference room equipment.


Network and Security Management

  • Conduct network troubleshooting and manage firewall settings for security.
  • Install and manage endpoint security solutions and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to security alerts investigate incidents and prepare reports.
  • Collaborate with teams to address recurring security issues and maintain communication on policies.


Information Security Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to IDRs information security policies.


Education:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline.


Experience:

  • 45 years of relevant hands-on IT experience in a similar capacity.


Preferred Skills:

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
  • Resilience in dynamic environments.
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ownership and accountability in task execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 AWS Azure Services and Windows 11.
