How youll make an impact

Use your experience in loan processing and loan administration to ensure the accuracy compliance and effectiveness of FCCs lending process. Youll play a key role in turning complex information into accurate and reliable administrative actions that maintain loan integrity and ensure an optimal customer experience.

As a Loan Fulfillment Technician youll contribute directly to an optimized lending process through various processing activities. Your ability to apply judgment analyze situations and determine the proper steps even when applications dont fall within standard procedure will help ensure that loan administration is complete rigorous and compliant.

If you have strong attention to detail are solutions-focused and motivated by bringing precision clarity and structure to complex processes while working closely with teams in multiple locations in a fastchanging environment this role is for you.

What youll do

• Execute various loan processing activities including security documentation amendments payments and disbursements
• Use lending systems (JET CML CMS) to ensure data integrity
• Monitor and manage the individual worklist to meet service standards
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Validate applications in accordance with policies signed documents and provincial legislation
• Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within lending systems
• Support internal partners and respond to inquiries from field offices

What youll bring to the team

Required qualifications:

• A bachelors degree or certification in administration business or a related field
• Bilingualism (English and French)

Preferred qualifications:

• Working knowledge of loan management systems and applications
• Two years of experience related to commercial lending mortgages banking services credit products or in the legal field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
