We are seeking a seasonedPrincipal Delivery Managerwith a consulting mindset to join our growing team.In this role you willbe responsible forcultivating high-performing teams and acting as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will drive delivery excellence and value outcomes with speed and qualityon your programs/projects. You will bring yourexpertiseto partner with clientsidentifytheir needs and challenges and thenleverageAgile (and hybrid) practices to deliver exceptional results.

Whatyoulldo:

  • Program Delivery:Leadone large program or multiple small programs that require multiple contributing project managers; personally manage complex and/or high-profile projects as needed
  • Delivery Consulting:Consult on delivery strategies to ensure success including frameworks tools processes etc. Drive agile and product delivery methods wherever complex delivery issues andmodifyprocesses as needed for each engagement to ensure success.
  • Project Planning:Oversee and/or create and manage detailed project plansbased on the deliverymethodology/framework chosen project scope constraints risks and dependencies.
  • Budget Management:Proactively manage yourprogram/project budgets to ensure the workwereplanning to deliver can beaccomplishedwithin the approved budget. Monitor weeklyburnand velocity to develop burndown reports against remaining and report on project margin performance and revenue forecasting. Develop plans to course-correct ifprojectbegins to trend over budget.
  • Risk Management:Proactivelyidentifyand mitigateproject risksbefore they become projects in the red toidentifya path to as needed to obtain support and solve risks before they become discuss risks with clients to ensure alignment and encourage collaborative solutioning.
  • Client Partnership:Be the primary point of contact for clients in delivery to not only deliver consistent status communicate risks and manage deliverables but also to build strong client relationships and be seen as a delivery leader and consultant.
  • Scope Management:Fully understand the scope of work being delivered andconsult with the team and client tomanage toit prioritize scope where create and deliver change orders as needed when scope deviates.
  • Account Growth:Support Client Partner and Business Development teams to estimate pitch andscopework to new clients. Drive delivery strategies during the sales phase to ensure success post-sale. Partner with Client Partners to grow existing accounts.
  • Tools Knowledge:Hold expert-level knowledge of standard PM tools including Smartsheet and Atlassian suite (Jira; Confluence).
  • Team Leadership:Lead a team of globally distributedcross-functional Horizontal designers strategists technologists etc. to understand clientobjectivesand successfully deliver solutions that achieve within assigned projects.
  • Practice Involvement:Activelyparticipatein initiatives that uplevel and mature the Horizontal Delivery team. Proactivelyidentifyways we can improve our processes/methods and work with practice leadership to fill gaps asappropriate.
  • Mentorship and Coaching:Mentor junior program managers and team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Who you are:

Digital Consulting Experience

  • Proventrack recordof leading and executing large-scale enterprise-wide digital transformations that deliver significant business value and competitive advantage.
  • Deepexpertiseinleveragingkey technologies like CMS CRM CDP Sitecore and Salesforce products to drive transformational digital initiatives.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with clients to develop customized digital solutions that address their unique needs and challenges.
  • Experience inadvising key client stakeholders and C-suite executives on digital transformation best practices and emerging trends tooptimizetheir program operations and enhance their digital presence.
  • Proven ability toidentifyand capitalize on new opportunities to drive growth and innovation.

Project Management Expertise

  • Proven ability to oversee and manage large-scale multi-disciplinary digital projects/programswith complex requirements and timelines.
  • Strategic mindset to align digital initiatives with overall business goals and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Experience in managing global distributed teams across multiple time zones and cultures.
  • Proven ability to define and manage complex contracts and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Proactive approach to risk management and issue resolution ensuring project success.
  • Strong financial acumen to estimate andoptimizeproject profitability.
  • Proficiencywith advanced project management methodologies and tools including Agile Waterfall and hybrid approaches.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills toidentifyand address complex challenges proactively.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams of digital experts fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and exceed expectations.

Effective Communication and Presentation

  • Influence and persuasion skills to drive consensus and gain buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Executive-level communication skills to present strategic recommendations and justify investment decisions to senior leadership.

What you bring:

  • Minimum10 years of experienceleading digital projects/programs.
  • A minimum of5yearsagency/consultancy experience.7 years preferred.
  • Bachelors degreepreferred.
  • Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) PMI-ACP).
  • Experienceand certifications inscaling Agile methodologies across an organization( (SA) orSAFePractice Consultants (SPC))preferred.

The pay range for this full-time position is $130000 to $155000 per year. Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on the posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position across all US locations as of the date of this posting. Within the range actual offered compensation is dependent upon the individuals work location and additional factors including but not limited to job-related skills experience relevant education and training internal equity among the team and applicable employment laws. Please note the compensation details in the US role posting reflects base salary only and doesnt include discretionary performance bonus or other incentives (if applicable).
