What youll actually do

• Lead proactive multi-year tax planning for high-net-worth individuals and their businesses
• Work across S-corps partnerships and C-corps structuring strategizing and advising not just complying
• Build deep trusted relationships with sophisticated clients who value your insight
• Manage and mentor tax associates raising the level of everyone around you
• Leverage the latest and greatest in tax technology we expect you to be genuinely tech-savvy and always sharpening the toolset

Who you are

• CPA or EA highly preferred
• 5 years of tax experience with real depth in planning and entity work
• Exceptionally organized with relentless attention to detail
• Articulate and polished you communicate with clarity and command in writing and in the room
• A natural leader who can manage people and own outcomes
• Energized by a small high-caliber environment where your work is visible and your standards matter
