Essential Criteria:
- 2 years experiencein a high end cocktail environment
- Spirit knowledge
- Classic cocktail knowledge
- Running and scheduling a team
- Track record of training staff
Desirable Criteria:
- A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar supervisory role is desirable.
