Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy detail-oriented Merchandising Analyst to join our this role you will be the backbone of our buying and work units ensuring seamless item setups and efficient Purchase Order (PO) creation.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment possesses a sharp eye for accuracy and can navigate low-complexity problem-solving with confidence and independence.

Core Responsibilities

Operational Support: Provide end-to-end support for the buying team focusing on precise item set-up and PO management.
Workflow Management: Organize and prioritize daily work tasks with minimal supervision ensuring all deliverables align with business needs.
Decision Making: Independently resolve low-complexity operational issues and escalate more complex problems as necessary.
Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of accuracy in catalog management and item attributes to prevent downstream supply chain issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a key liaison between various levels of management including Merchandising Managers Buyers and Assistant Buyers.

Key Qualifications

Experience: 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Retail and Merchandising specifically within Item Set-Up Category Management and Catalog Management.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse internal stakeholders.
