Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Operations: Manage day-to-day office functions establish reporting structures and maintain company documentation.
- HR & Staff Management: Supervise office and site personnel monitor attendance and productivity and handle recruitment and grievances.
- Procurement: Manage vendor relations negotiate quotations and oversee inventory for materials and equipment.
- Compliance & discipline : Ensure adherence to company policies labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Site Coordination: Liaise with project managers regarding manpower deployment and site discipline.
- Reporting: Provide weekly and monthly updates to senior management on operational performance.
Desired Profile
- Background: Retired Officer/JCO/NCO from Army Navy Air Force BSF CISF CRPF or similar services preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership integrity and problem-solving abilities and good with human resource management
- Communication: Fluent Proficiency in English and Hindi
- Technical: Comfortable with MS Office Excel and business communication tools.
Compensation
Competitive salary range between 7-9 lacs commensurate with experience plus performance-based incentives.
