Job Summary
- Operate maintain and troubleshoot Gas ChromatographyFlame Ionization Detection (GC-FID) instruments.
- Perform testing and analysis of proximate and UV parameters according to established methods and specifications.
- Conduct fatty acid analysis and ensure accurate data generation and reporting.
- Manage sample receipt storage preparation and retention before and after analysis.
- Maintain and monitor Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) and laboratory standards.
- Carry out method verification and validation activities in accordance with regulatory and quality requirements.
- Analyze interpret and report test results with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with laboratory quality systems safety guidelines and good laboratory practices (GLP).
- Maintain laboratory records logs and analytical reports.
Qualifications :
Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry Analytical Chemistry Food Technology Biochemistry or a related scientific discipline.
