Technical Project Manager

Description

We are seeking a results-driven Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex IT and software initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management practices with hands-on technical knowledge spanning application development architecture and performance optimization. This role partners with engineering teams product owners QA and stakeholders to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for web and enterprise applications from requirements through deployment and post-release support.
• Act as a technical lead and liaison between engineering QA product and operations to drive implementation decisions and trade-offs.
• Coordinate project activities manage schedules track risks and dependencies and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Plan and facilitate sprint planning backlog grooming daily stand-ups retrospectives and release planning.
• Define and validate software architecture integration patterns and API contracts to meet scalability and maintainability goals.
• Oversee application development efforts using and Framework and ensure adherence to MVC architecture and coding standards.
• Collaborate with developers on front-end implementation using JavaScript and HTML5 and ensure cohesive integration with back-end services.
• Work with DBAs and developers to optimize SQL Server performance and tune SQL queries for production workloads.
• Drive performance optimization debugging root-cause analysis and remediation of production issues.
• Coordinate quality assurance efforts define acceptance criteria and ensure rigorous testing and release controls.
• Contribute to strategic planning resource allocation and continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing IT and software projects with full lifecycle delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with Framework and MVC architecture in production environments.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and HTML5 with a working understanding of front-end/back-end integration.
• Strong experience with SQL Server including query optimization and performance troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles API integration patterns and scalable system design.
• Demonstrated leadership as a technical lead application development manager or engineering manager driving cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project coordination sprint planning and stakeholder communication skills.
• Analytical thinking with a focus on performance optimization debugging and quality assurance coordination.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools for tracking and reporting project status.
