What Youll Do

• Diagnose maintain and repair automotive systems including engine transmission electrical steering suspension brakes and air conditioning

• Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with dealership and Ford factory standards

• Test-drive vehicles and assess components using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment

• Perform warranty repairs to Ford manufacturer specifications

• Keep service advisors updated on additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area at all times

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of automotive service technician experience preferred

• B-level qualifications including diagnostic electrical and engine repair

• Ford Certification preferred; prior Ford dealership experience is a plus

• ASE Certification a plus

• Strong mechanical diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Proficient with electronic diagnostic tools and equipment

• Steady hands solid hand-eye coordination and a sharp eye for detail

• Ability to absorb new technology repair procedures and manufacturer specifications

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Positive team-oriented attitude with a drive to keep growing

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent
