About the role
Are you passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences As anAdvisor Customer Delivery youll be at the heart of resolving complex customer issues and delivering expert support across the Perth metropolitan region. Your work will directly contribute to positive outcomes for our customers and the role will be Full time and based at Canning Vale.
What the role will involve
- Addressing customer and community concerns related to water wastewater and drainage services.
- Working closely with internal teams and external partners to investigate and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Managing your workload independently prioritising tasks and ensuring timely resolutions.
- Making thoughtful decisions that reflect our values and commitment to outstanding service.
About you
- You will be a customer championwith a proactive can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong background in handling escalated customer enquiries and complaints.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can juggle priorities with ease.
- You know how to foster strong connections with stakeholders and work collaboratively.
- Experience across multiple service channels from phone calls to face-to-face interactions.
- Tech-savvy familiar with corporate systems used for customer engagement and correspondence.
- Knowledgeable in the legislation policies and procedures that guide our operations.
