About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven People & CultureAdvisor to join our Corporate this dynamic role you will partner with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful HR initiatives and provide end-to-end support across the employee lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting leaders to effectively manage and develop their teams while contributing to the delivery of strategic HR priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Corporate business to deliver generalist HR support and advice
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing through LinkedIn SEEK and other platforms
- Support leaders with performance management employee relations and workforce planning
- Provide guidance on HR policies employment contracts and legislation
- Deliver and facilitate training sessions (e.g. induction performance EEO unconscious bias)
- Support organisational change initiatives and employee transitions
- Collaborate with HR Admin on employee movements such as promotions and remuneration changes
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and regulatory requirements
About You
- Degree-qualified in Human Resources Business or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years experience in recruitment and/or HR generalist roles
- Strong experience coaching and influencing leaders
- Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR practices
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Experience within engineering or construction (highly regarded)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
