Who are we looking for
As Project Manager you will have responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences. Were looking for someone who can own the entire project lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service provide a seamless customer experience achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.
What youll do:
Understand develop and own the project plan including project outcome scope timeline and resources required
Own and manage the project budget including cost estimates and tracking of expenses to ensure the project is delivered within budget
Lead all client communications for the project liasing closely with the account management team
Building and maintaining strong positive working relationships both internally and externally
Manage inventory organise project logistics and field resources within the scope of the project
Update and manage all systems required for the project including; Team Haven Clarity PHQ Mintsoft
Monitor and ensure the quality of the project is met in line with project brief
Ensure the smooth closure of the project internally and externally documenting any lessons learned
What youll need:
Previous experience working as a Project Manager or in a Project Support role
Excellent knowledge Project Management methodology
The ability to plan organise and prioritise work in line with project deadlines and team goals.
The ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders
An understanding of warehouse and inventory stock management
Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office Word Excel etc.
