Job Title - Project Manager

Location - London zones 1-2

Salary - Up to 70000

Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Design & Build team delivering innovative Smart Building projects across Greater London.

Youll take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to handover managing the successful delivery of Electronic Security Structured Cabling Audio Visual IoT and Network Infrastructure solutions. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a growing and forward-thinking business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from tender award through to completion and handover.
• Oversee project programmes budgets resources and commercial performance (P&L).
• Coordinate design procurement installation commissioning and documentation.
• Lead internal teams subcontractors and suppliers to deliver projects safely on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients contractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress quality programme and financial performance.
• Ensure high-quality handover documentation O&M manuals and client training.

Health & Safety

• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all projects.
• Ensure compliance with RAMS Working at Height company procedures and client site requirements.
• Report incidents and ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times.

About You

Essential

• Minimum 5 years Project Management experience within Electronic Security Structured Cabling Smart Buildings ICT or Building Technology.
• Strong commercial organisational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders subcontractors and engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
