What this role is all about
To achieve our mission of reaching every mobile user on the planet it is essential to continue building great relationships with new clients. As Account Executive you will directly impact how our business moves and succeeds by helping new clients growing their businesses.
The main goal for this role is to identify new business opportunities with current leads/clients and prospective new key clients which are provided against a focus target list.
In addition to the actual sales activities the Account Executive is usually one of the most experienced sales representatives so it is expected of him/her to share his/her knowledge with the rest of the team members mentor newly recruited sales team members answer technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members.
What youll do:
- Focus on lead qualification and closure for successful sale
- Sell a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customers base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
- Involve specialists when needed for particular aspects of overall sales (e.g. SE for demo)
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.
- Manage sales through forecasting account resource requesting account strategy and planning.
- Participate in the development presentation and sales of a value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.
- Maintain client relationships by collaborating with AMs CSEs or Inside Sales team to sell and maintain account health
- Work closely with BDR teams to take over the lead
- As required cross sell for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g. renegotiation)
What makes you a strong fit
- 5 years applicable experience including 2 years of solution sales (in certain situations SaaS sales experience needed).
- Successful sales track record - commission earnings
- Ability to penetrate accounts meet with stakeholders within accounts.
- Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of Infobips competitors.
- Interaction with C level players.
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
- Excellentcommunication/negotiating/closingskills with prospects/customers.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Fluent English
