Job Title : AI Product manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from design to production.
  
• Design and implement scalable AI architectures (data pipelines model serving APIs integrations).
  
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions system designs and delivery plans.
  
• Guide model development selection and evaluation across ML DL NLP and LLM use cases.
  
• Build and manage MLOps pipelines (CI/CD model versioning deployment monitoring retraining).
  
• Develop and review code for data processing training workflows and inference systems.
  
• Implement GenAI solutions (RAG embeddings vector search prompt management guardrails).
  
• Ensure responsible AI practices (data privacy bias mitigation explainability security).
  
• Optimize system performance for scalability latency and cost efficiency.
  
• Monitor production systems troubleshoot issues and lead root cause analysis (RCA).
  
• Mentor teams conduct code/design reviews and drive engineering best practices.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality AI solutions.

Requisites

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related field.
  
• Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch TensorFlow scikit-learn).
  
• Deep understanding of ML engineering concepts (feature engineering training evaluation inference).
  
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker Kubernetes and API development (REST/gRPC).
  
• Strong knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD model registry monitoring drift detection).
  
• Solid understanding of data engineering fundamentals (ETL/ELT SQL data pipelines).
  
• Experience in model monitoring observability and production support.
  
• Familiarity with Generative AI/LLM concepts (RAG embeddings prompt engineering).
  
• Knowledge of security governance and responsible AI frameworks.
