As the Fast Casual Restaurant Manager you will oversee daily operations manage staff and ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
• Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
• Manage inventory ordering and supply chain processes
• Develop and implement training programs for staff
• Assist in marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
• Prepare financial reports and manage budgets effectively

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic knowledge of food safety and health regulations
• Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
