Were now looking for a Spanishspeaking Customer Service Associate to join our growing customer experience team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers can communicate confidently in both Spanish and English and is comfortable working night shiftfrom home.

Youll be supporting international customers across voice and digital channels providing clear empathetic and solutionfocused support while delivering a consistently high standard of service.

What youll be responsible for

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries via phone email and/or chat depending on the program
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in Spanish with the ability to switch to English when required
  • Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate practical solutions
  • Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems
  • Escalate complex or sensitive issues following agreed processes
  • Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Contribute to a positive collaborative remote team culture

What were looking for

  • Fluent Spanish communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good English communication skills for internal coordination and documentation
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer service BPO or call centre environment
  • Experience supporting customers via voice and/or nonvoice channels
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • A calm empathetic customerfirst mindset
  • Ability to work night shift schedules consistently
  • Comfortable working independently in a workfromhome setup

Work setup and requirements

  • Permanent workfromhome role
  • Must have:
    • A reliable highspeed internet connection
    • A quiet dedicated workspace at home
    • Ability to work overnight / international business hours
