Kaseya isseekinga results-oriented and client-focusedPrincipal Account Managerto cultivate long-term relationships with our most strategic customers. This role is critical to driving retention revenue growth and customer satisfaction by serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to our top-tier enterprise clients.
You will work cross-functionally with Sales Product Support and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and help clients maximize the value of their investment in Kaseyas IT and security management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor and primary liaison for a portfolio of high-value complex key accounts. Develop in-depth account knowledge and strategic engagement plans.
- Account Growth:Identifyexpansion opportunities within existing accounts and drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with customerobjectivesand Kaseyas solutions.
- Retention & Renewal: Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure continued customer satisfaction tomaintainhigh retention rates across assigned accounts.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer within Kaseya and advocate internally for enhancements that meet client needs.
- Business Reviews & Reporting: Lead regular executive business reviews (EBRs) and provide insights through performance reporting roadmap alignment and risk mitigation plans.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineers Technical Account Managers Product Management and Support to ensure successful onboarding adoption and escalation resolution.
- Market Insights: Stay informed on industry trends and competitive landscape to position Kaseya as a strategic partner in the clients long-term IT strategy.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in enterprise account management customer success or consultative sales preferably in a SaaS MSP or IT services environment.
- Demonstratedtrack recordmanaging multimillion-dollar portfolios and achieving account growth and retention goals.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior-level executives and IT decision-makers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including presentation and storytelling abilities.
- Experience inbuilding and executing strategic account plans.
PreferredQualifications
- Background in IT management software cybersecurity solutions or managed service provider ecosystems.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) and data analytics platforms.
- Bachelors degree in Business Technology or related field. MBA is a plus.
