Home Health Aide (HHA) - Home Care
Part-time Full-time Per Diem
Up to $20 per hour

What Youll Do:
As a Home Health Aide (HHA)/ Personal Care Aid (PCA) you will assist clients with daily living activities providing both medical and non-medical support. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care (bathing grooming dressing toileting feeding)
- Performing light housekeeping and grocery shopping
- Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition
- Monitoring vital signs (heart rate blood pressure temperature)
- Administering medications and assisting with basic health needs
- Scheduling medical appointments and providing transportation
- Offering companionship and engaging in activities
- Keeping accurate records of patient care and health status
What Were Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED
- HHA Certification
- CPR/FA (First Aid) Certification
- 1 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities mental illnesses or challenging behaviors
- Valid NY state drivers license
