Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) & Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Per Diem

Pay:

OT: $80 per visit or $120000 annually for direct hires

COTA: $60 per visit

Per-visit rates may be increased on a case-by-case basis for hard-to-fill visits last-minute coverage or other special circumstances.

Location: Oahu HI (Must have reliable transportation)

Youll Do

• Deliver occupational therapy services to clients in their homes
• Conduct initial and follow-up assessments including fall risk evaluations (OT)
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve independence and safety
• Educate clients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and home safety
• Oversee client progress and ensure top-notch care
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

What Were Looking For

• Licensed OT or COTA in Hawaii
• 1 year of clinical or home health experience
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Comfortable with outreach and public presentations
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
