Workplace Project Manager Real Estate/Campus upgrades London & Nr. Feltham& London Outside IR35 Initially 6 months
Contract role Outside IR35 paying 550 - 600 per day for a workplace project manager to manage campus wide commercial and internal capital works.
If you have a background in project management of areas like capital works internal works office upgrades office fit outs workplace design space planning facilities management projects maintenance sustainable assets M&E moves adds changes re-fits fit-outs workplace strategy please apply.
You will oversee delivery and make sure projects are completed on time and to budget. Coordination of designers and contractors required.
Projects involve re-fitting a building and changing its purpose for hot desking hybrid and flexible workingupgrading floors of the buildings wayfinding LED lighting new employee focused areas and other workplace or capital projects site work minor works.
This would be hybrid working - 2 days London / 2 days 1 day home. An outside IR35 contract until end of December 2026. Extensions likely into 2027 with further workplace relocation refurbishment and employee experience projects.
