Role Summary and Impact
As part of the Global Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to support high-impact PMO initiatives in a collaborative and multicultural environment. We are looking for a PMO Manager who will:
- Lead and oversee the daily PMO operation ensuring proper visibility governance and follow-up of projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate project tracking including risks issues dependencies deliverables and executive reporting across multiple initiatives.
- Design maintain and improve Power BI dashboards and reporting structures to support visibility and decision-making.
- Identify and implement process automation and operational optimization opportunities using automation and AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders while supporting the development of the PMO team and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:
- Bachelors degree.
- Advanced English level (B2C2).
- 23 years of experience in PMO project management or project tracking roles.
- Experience leading coordinating or supporting small teams.
- Strong experience in reporting data analysis and initiative tracking.
- Advanced Power BI skills including dashboard creation maintenance and analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Practical knowledge or applied interest in AI solutions for business processes.
