Own and grow Airnest's online sales across our website and marketplaces. You will manage and optimize listings on Flipkart and our Shopify/WooCommerce store run marketplace advertising and promotions manage pricing and ensure smooth inventory and order operations. Use sales data and analytics to improve conversions ratings and overall marketplace performance.

• Manage and optimize product listings on Flipkart and Shopify/WooCommerce to maximize visibility and conversion.
• Plan implement and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns deals and pricing strategies to drive sales growth.
• Monitor stock levels coordinate replenishment process orders and manage returns to maintain business continuity.
• Analyze sales data customer feedback and key metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
• Work with product logistics and customer support teams to resolve marketplace issues and improve customer experience.
• Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

• 2–4 years of experience managing ecommerce or marketplace accounts; hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart is required.
• Proven experience with listing optimization marketplace advertising and basic analytics.
• Strong numerical aptitude attention to detail and a data-driven mindset.
• Familiarity with Shopify or WooCommerce store management preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently and cross-functionally.
