Area Manager

Job Description:

• Lead and manage store teams across Hyderabad and Chennai - including Store Managers and warehouse staff - ensuring effective collaboration and smooth day-to-day store operations.

• Own daily monitoring of key operational metrics across both cities: SLA adherence order fulfilment rates cancellations and customer experience KPIs.

• Conduct regular store visits across both cities and be the primary point of escalation for on- ground issues - including supply delivery and staffing challenges.

• Drive data-led decision-making: prepare and review daily weekly and monthly reports covering sales performance cost analysis and operational exceptions.

• Structured hiring onboarding and mentoring of store teams in both cities.

• Manage inventory forecasting and replenishment at stores coordinating with the supply chain team to minimise wastage and prevent stockouts.

• Drive store-level business metrics: revenue fulfilment SLAs shrinkage and cost per delivery.

• Ensure full compliance with Meatigos quality SOPs food safety standards and legal/regulatory requirements across all stores.

• Manage local vendor relationships including last-mile delivery partners facility vendors and third-party service providers.
