About The Role
As the Social Connections Manager youll lead the delivery of highquality customercentred day services while supporting service growth continuity and positive outcomes for customers and teams. This role requires strong people leadership a deep understanding of customer needs and a focus on supporting ongoing service growth.
This is a fixedterm opportunity from June 2026 to January 2027 with work based onsite in Pakenham.
- Lead the planning and delivery of safe highquality Social Connections services
- Provide strong people leadership to Team Leaders and frontline staff
- Support service growth through responsive customerled delivery and workforce planning
- Oversee staffing performance and capability development
- Ensure compliance with NDIS requirements safeguarding and quality standards
- Manage operational budgets and support service sustainability
- Build strong relationships with customers families and internal stakeholders
About You
Youre an experienced people leader who is customerfocused valuesdriven and confident managing services in a changing environment.
- Proven experience leading teams in disability community or human services
- Strong people leadership skills including coaching and performance management
- Understanding of customercentred and NDISaligned service delivery
- Confidence managing operational and financial responsibilities
- Ability to identify and respond to emerging customer and service needs
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commitment to Scope values inclusion safety and continuous improvement
