Lets talk about you
- Practical experience using Jira to manage track and resolve people-related queries or workflow items
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday including maintaining accurate employee data and supporting core people processes
- Significant experience working with data including analysing information identifying trends and producing clear insights to support decision making
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail particularly when working with data and systems
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset
- Demonstrated ability to:

What youll be responsible for:
- Serving as the first point of contact for all People-related queries via shared inboxes ensuring timely professional and accurate responses
- Managing and triaging incoming Jira tickets including first-level assessment routing to appropriate teams and actioning administrative requests
- Performing data validation and quality checks across Jira tickets and Workday to maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Providing operational support and guidance to employees on People policies processes and general queries escalating when required
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities including managing candidate data in Workday coordinating pre-employment checks and flagging potential issues or risks related to candidate suitability and ensuring data integrity across the employee lifecycle
- Maintaining and updating employee data in Workday across the full employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding job changes and offboarding
- Ensuring accuracy of organisational structures reporting lines cost centres and employee records in Workday
- Generating employee documentation such as employment letters contract variations and other correspondence
- Supporting monthly reporting activities and ongoing operational reporting requirements across People Services
- Monitoring and maintaining data quality in Workday and related people systems to meet compliance obligations
- Producing basic reports and insights to support decision making and operational effectiveness
- Assisting with workflow improvements process enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives within People Services
- Supporting People projects campaigns and broader team initiatives as needed
- Providing administrative support to recruitment remuneration and workplace relations activities when required
