What Youll Do

As a Sales Professional youll create exceptional buying experiences while building long-term customer relationships and growing your personal brand.

• Build strong relationships and develop clients for life
• Use a consultative sales approach to help customers select the right vehicle
• Become a product expert on luxury and performance vehicles features technology and packages
• Deliver high-quality vehicle presentations and demonstrations
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate referral business
• Confidently overcome objections and thrive in a performance-driven environment
• Collaborate with Sales Management on goals performance and growth opportunities
• Bring professionalism energy and a high-performance mindset every day

What You Bring

• Previous automotive sales experience required
• High-line/luxury automotive experience strongly preferred
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed
• Excellent communication relationship-building and closing skills
• Professional appearance and polished presentation
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
• Strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional service

Requirements:

• Flexible schedule including weekends
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
