Role overview:
We are looking for aProduct Manager (L5)to own and evolvedisplay ad serving capabilities across Roundels owned and operated properties. This is a deeply technical platform-oriented role focused onad delivery systems event tracking and logging observability and data integrity at scale. You will work at the intersection ofad serving data infrastructure and measurement ensuring our systems are reliable transparent and built for scale.

What youll do
Own the product vision and roadmapfor display ad serving across Roundels O&O ecosystem
Drive end-to-end ad delivery capabilities including request handling decisioning signals logging and event pipelines
Partner closely with engineering and data teamsto design scalable low-latency high-reliability systems
Build robust eventing and logging frameworksthat power billing reporting and measurement use cases
Improve platform observabilitythrough monitoring alerting anomaly detection and debugging tools
Ensure data accuracy and consistencyacross ad serving reporting and downstream measurement systems
Collaborate with measurement analytics and campaign management teamsto enable seamless workflows and trusted reporting
Drive continuous improvementsin system performance automation and operational efficiency
Define and track success metrics (SLAs latency delivery accuracy data completeness)and use them to guide prioritization

Drive clarity in ambiguous spaces andsimplify complex systems into actionable plans
About you:
Four-year degree or equivalent experience
4 years of Product management experience with exposure toAdTech or data platforms
Strong understanding ofad serving systems event pipelines or distributed systems
Experience buildingplatform or infrastructure products(not just UI-driven features)
Comfort working with concepts likelatency scale reliability logging and data consistency
Proven ability tosolve complex technical problemsand drive execution with engineering teams
Ability tonavigate ambiguity and operate independentlyin a fast-moving environment
Strong analytical thinking and adata-driven approach to decision making
Clear and effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Good to have
Experience withretail media networks or programmatic advertising
Familiarity withmeasurement systems (impressions clicks attribution billing)
Exposure toobservability tools experimentation or anomaly detection systems
