Job Summary
SAP Executive PS
The role will support the SAP ERP function by assisting in the execution and maintenance of the SAP Project System (PS) module. The incumbent will ensure accurate project data support testing and documentation activities and contribute to efficient project planning budgeting and cost tracking under the guidance of senior consultants.
Additionally the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:
- Provide support for SAP PS activities (project master updates WBS creation issue tracking)
- Assist in data preparation cleansing and migration activities
- Support testing cycles (Unit Testing Integration UAT) and document results
- Prepare process documentation SOPs and training materials
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance MM SD PM) for data alignment
- Generate reports and assist in project data analysis and validation
- Actively participate in learning training and SAP PS skill development
- Skills Required Basic SAP navigation and understanding of project management concepts.
Familiarity with:
- WBS
- Networks
- Budgeting & cost planning basics
- Reporting tools (Excel SAP GUI Fiori)
- Basic SQL/Excel (VLOOKUP Pivot) preferred.
- Understanding of testing lifecycle and documentation techniques.
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering Business Finance or related field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.
