Job Summary

Our client Rin Technologies is looking for Assistant Manager Business Development.

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager Business Development to drive international client acquisition across the International markets. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in generating business opportunities for IT services including Data Science AI/ML Digital Marketing Web Development Mobile App Development and Software Solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients developing strong business relationships and securing projects from international markets through different online platforms networking and direct outreach.

Acquire projects related to:

  • Web Development
  • Mobile App Development
  • Full Stack Development ( & more)
  • AI / ML Solutions
  • Data Science & Analytics
  • SaaS-Based Solutions
  • Digital Marketing 360 solutions
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn Upwork Fiverr Freelancer email marketing cold calling and networking platforms.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with global clients and partners.
  • Prepare proposals quotations presentations and project pitches.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts pricing and project terms with clients.
  • Maintain CRM records sales pipeline and business reports.
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends technologies and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company in international business meetings online conferences and exhibitions if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing IT Computer Science or related field.
  • 34 years of experience in IT business development or software sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services and emerging technologies.
  • Proven experience in international client hunting and project acquisition.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Experience with bidding platforms such as Upwork Freelancer Guru or PeoplePerHour.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing international client portfolio will be a plus.
  • Experience working with global startups SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Understanding of AI solutions SaaS products and cloud-based technologies.
  • Digital marketing knowledge including SEO PPC and social media campaigns.

KPIs / Performance Metrics:

  • Monthly/Quarterly sales targets
