Job Summary

RecoTek is Reconomys new centralized technology hub located in Bucharest Romania officially launched in February 2024. Serving as the backbone of Reconomys tech operations it consolidates inhouse expertise across all Reconomy brands to accelerate platform development and enhance service delivery.

Recycle loop is utilising the latest technology and data to enable customers to make the best possible use of their materials.
Comply loop is enabling customers to solve increasingly complex environmental regulatory challenges using data expert knowledge and thought leadership to drive business accountability across the globe.
Re-use loop is providing intelligent technology platforms and agile delivery models for pre-retail logistics and product returns fulfilment and processing on behalf of many of Europes largest retailers.

About the role

Create execute and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scripts to ensure thorough test coverage for software products
Work closely with Tech Lead Salesforce Developers Administrators Architects Business Analysts and other relevant stakeholders to understand project requirements and establish quality standards for software products.
Actively participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering design development testing and deployment phases.
Identify track and report software defects and issues collaborating with development teams to ensure prompt resolution and continuous improvement of the software.
Contribute to both manual and automated testing processes depending on the project requirements and team needs ensuring robust testing across all levels of the product
Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices in QA and emerging technologies integrating new knowledge and skills into your work to improve testing processes.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of software development efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives supporting the adoption of new technologies and methodologies.
Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing the overall quality assurance processes and strategies within the organization driving continuous improvement in quality and efficiency

What we need from you

Proven experience working in a QA role within a software development environment demonstrating a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Salesforce testing experience API testing automation frameworks.
Hands-on experience testing Salesforce configuration customization and integrations.
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies defect lifecycle and test management tools.
Understanding of Salesforce security model (profiles roles permission sets sharing rules).
Knowledge of Salesforce configurations workflows validation rules process builder and flows.
Familiarity with Apex Visualforce Lightning Components (LWC).
Awareness of Salesforce release management and sandbox environments.
Proficiency in using Postman for API testing to ensure correct API functionality and performance.
Solid understanding and experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks tailored to project requirements.
Familiarity with Git or other version control systems for managing and tracking test code changes.
Ability to work in a hybrid workplace combining remote and in-office work as per the companys requirements and team dynamics.
Willingness and ability to collaborate closely with a variety of teams including Salesforce Developers Administrators Architects Business Analysts to implement QA methodologies and practices across the organization
Experience working with cross-functional teams spread across different time zones or departments contributing to seamless collaboration and effective knowledge sharing
