Job Summary
Senior QA Automation Engineer
Location: Hybrid 2 days/week on-site (Bucharest)
Contract Type: B2B
We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design develop and maintain automated test solutions using Tosca Java and Selenium.
Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain automated test frameworks using Tosca and Selenium (Java)
- Develop reusable scalable automation scripts for UI API and integration testing
- Collaborate with developers product owners and DevOps teams to define test strategies
- Analyze requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases
- Execute automated and manual tests analyze results and report defects

Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines

Mentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices

Continuously improve test coverage and test efficiency.
Requirements:

5 years of experience in QA Automation / Software Testing

Strong hands-on experience with Tosca

Solid programming skills in Java
-
Strong experience with Selenium WebDriver

Experience with API testing tools (Postman RestAssured etc.)

Knowledge of test design techniques and QA methodologies

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps etc.)

Very good English skills.
Nice to Have:

Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter Gatling)

ISTQB certification or equivalent

Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
