Thales has two engineering competence centres in India - one in Noida focused on Cyber & Digital business while the one in Bengaluru focuses on hardware software and systems engineering capabilities for both the civil and defence sectors serving global needs. The Group has also established an MRO (Maintenance Repair & Overhaul) facility in Gurugram to provide comprehensive avionics maintenance and repair services to Indian airlines and support the growth of the local aviation industry.Key Responsibilities
- Support the Engineering Heads/Managers with calendar management meeting preparation MoMs and action tracking
- Prepare weekly/monthly leadership updates dashboards and summaries
- Coordinate with Engineering Managers Architects Product QA HR Finance and global stakeholders.
- Support strategic initiatives such as modernization quality transformation AI adoption FinOps and hiring
- Maintain structured documentation in Confluence / SharePoint and standard templates
Required Skills & Experience
- 48 years of experience in engineering operations PMO program support or leadership support roles
- Strong understanding of software engineering environments (Agile DevOps QA basics)
- Excellent communication organization and follow-through skills
- High ownership ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Excel PowerPoint Teams)
Nice to Have
- Experience working with distributed or offshore teams
- Familiarity with Jira Confluence Power BI
- Exposure to engineering metrics or transformation programs
