Claims Team Lead Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance

Experience Required
- 5 to 8 years of end-to-end claims handling experience.
- At least 2 year of team management or leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of claims handlers/adjusters.
- Manage work allocation team productivity and SLA performance.
- Review complex claims and provide guidance on coverage and liability decisions.
- Monitor quality customer service and operational performance.
- Conduct file reviews training sessions and performance discussions.
- Handle escalations and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Support new transitions workflow SOP creation and process improvements.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate with stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience managing SLAs KPIs and operational performance metrics. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and operational reporting tools.
