Senior Lecturer / Lecturer I / Lecturer II (Information Systems) ()

The Department of Management Marketing and Information Systems invites dynamic and experienced professionals to apply for a position at the rank of Senior Lecturer or Lecturer I/II within our Information Systems and Business Intelligence team.

We are seeking individuals with strong technical expertise and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in teaching. The successful candidate will contribute to our growing programmes through innovative instruction curriculum development and enhancing students technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and student engagement at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels;
• Develop and teach courses in areas such as Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning Deep Learning Large Language Models E-Business Data Management Management Information Systems and Python programming; and
• Contribute to curriculum development and innovation in the field of the application of AI in business.

We particularly encourage applications from candidates with a doctoral degree in MIS or Computer Science who can help integrate technical know-how and academic knowledge with practical industry applications.

The position will be located at the Kowloon Tong campus and will be primarily responsible for teaching and assisting in programme management and initial appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract of two years commencing September 2026 or the earliest available date. Re-appointment thereafter is subject to mutual agreement.

Rank and salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
