Sales Manager #1 Mountaineer Honda in Bridgeport WV
Mountaineer Honda is hiring a high-performing Honda Sales Manager to lead our winning sales team at the #1 Honda store in West Virginia.
A hands-on leader who can desk deals drive gross develop people and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What Youll Do
- Lead and hold accountable the sales team
- Desk deals and maximize profitability
- Drive performance in sales and F&I
- Monitor daily metrics and adjust as needed
- Recruit train and develop talent
- Manage inventory pricing and culture
What Were Looking For
- Proven automotive Sales Manager experience
- Strong desking and closing ability
- Competitive high-energy leader
- Strong communication and accountability skills
- Track record of driving performance
Requirements
- Previous dealership experience required
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record
