Job Summary

Bachelors degree in engineering facilities management.
Min 10 years experience in Facility Management background maintenance management.
Proficiency with maintenance management software (CMMS) and technical knowledge of (MEP) electrical plumbing and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to implement compliance measures.
Strong leadership organizational problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within an organization to ensure the reliability efficiency and safety of facilities machinery and equipment.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies supervise maintenance teams manage budgets and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Focuses on minimizing downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance optimizing asset lifespan and coordinating repairs and installations.
Develop and implement maintenance plans and preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment failures and costs.
Supervise and lead maintenance staff provide training schedule workloads and ensure efficient team performance.
Manage maintenance budgets control expenses and ensure cost-effective maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities inventory and costs.
Coordinate with other departments and contractors to minimize disruption during maintenance work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards health regulations and industry best practices.
Respond to emergency maintenance needs promptly to avoid major operational disruptions.
Analyse and improve maintenance processes continuously integrating new technologies and methods.
