Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and highly accomplished Manager of Network Infrastructure to lead design and optimize our enterprise-level network ecosystem. This role requires a unique blend of deep technical mastery and high-level strategic governance. You will oversee large-scale branch-wide and multi-site distributed network infrastructures while leading a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with multi-tenancy models secure service segregation and rigorous financial/procurement processes (RFPs SLAs and vendor contract management).

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

Network Systems Delivery & Architecture

• Create high-level and low-level plans rules and architectures for enterprise networks and technology systems to fully support evolving business demands.

• Design strategic roadmaps for networks and communication systems establishing strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizing the underlying infrastructure to exceed those agreements.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance network capabilities scalability security and reliability.

• Drive network optimization initiatives across core systems data centers WAN and access networks.

Project Governance & Program Management

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of large-scale complex network infrastructure projects from conception to delivery ensuring alignment with strategic corporate objectives.

• Establish robust project governance frameworks to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Conduct proactive risk management assessments across infrastructure projects identifying bottlenecks and effectively deploying mitigation resources.

Financial Vendor & SLA Management

• Demonstrate strong fiscal oversight by managing budgets calculating total cost of ownership (TCO) and steering financial procurement processes.

• Lead the end-to-end RFP/RFQ process including requirement gathering technical evaluation matrices and vendor selection.

• Negotiate complex technical contracts and manage strategic relationships with network service providers and OEMs to ensure maximum service delivery.

Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management

• Provide visionary leadership to mentor develop and manage a multi-disciplinary team of high-performing network engineers and technical specialists.

• Communicate project status infrastructure risks and strategic outcomes clearly and effectively to executive stakeholders and business leaders at all levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience managing enterprise-level network environments supporting large-scale business organizations.

• Distributed Networks: Extensive proven track record in designing deploying and operating large-scale branch-wide and multi-site distributed network infrastructures.

• Multi-Tenancy Expert: Hands-on engineering and architectural familiarity with client operational environments utilizing multi-tenancy models shared infrastructure and strict service segregation requirements.

• Technical Depth: Expert-level knowledge of core network technologies architectures routing protocols perimeter security resilience engineering and data center network fabrics.

• Frameworks & Methodologies: Solid knowledge of project and program management methodologies delivery governance and infrastructure baselining (e.g. PMBOK Agile ITIL CIS Benchmarks).

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication stakeholder engagement and technical presentation skills.

Preferred Certifications (Plus)

• Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) or equivalent professional multi-vendor credentials.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner.

• ITIL Expert or Strategic Leader certifications.
