Our client a luxurious spa located in Doha Qatar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Manager to join their team. Position Overview: As the Spa Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the spas operations including managing a team of therapists ensuring highquality service standards and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead a team of spa therapists ensuring they are trained motivated and delivering exceptional service to guests Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve financial targets Oversee the daily operations of the spa including scheduling inventory management and maintenance of facilities and equipment Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness hygiene and safety in the spa Collaborate with other departments to create and promote spa packages and special offers Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities and make recommendations for improvement and innovation Manage budgets and control costs to maximize profitability Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures as well as local laws and regulations Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Hospitality Management or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role preferably in a luxury spa or hotel environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving financial targets Knowledge of spa treatments and products Familiarity with inventory management and scheduling software Strong organizational and timemanagement skills Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus Must be eligible to work in Qatar Contract Details: This is a fulltime permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
