Senior Sales Executive Strategic New Business (DK)
Job Summary
At Solteq we help companies turn digital ambition into measurable business results. Now we are looking for a senior B2B sales professional with a true hunter mindset to accelerate our new business growth within IT consulting and digital solutions in Denmark.
This is a strategic growth role with real impact. We are investing in expanding our customer base and you will be at the center of that journey - opening new strategic accounts building trusted relationships at executive level and converting complex opportunities into longterm partnerships.
Your role
You own the end-to-end sales process from shaping target customers and engaging Clevel decision-makers to leading consultative solution sales and closing competitive deals. On a daily basis you will be working closely with our advisory consultants delivery teams and partner ecosystem you translate business challenges into valuebased digital solutions that move our customers business forward. You refer directly to the Companys Sales Country Manager Helle Bækgaard Bager at our Copenhagen office.

We expect that you
Have 5 years of successful B2B sales experience within IT consulting or digital solutions
Have a proven track record of winning new customers and exceeding targets
Are strong in consultative ROIdriven sales to midmarket and enterprise customers
Have experience with Digital Commerce (eCommerce portals PIM digital services etc.)
Can navigate complex B2B buying processes with multiple stakeholders
Understand digital business within manufacturing and/or retail & wholesale (an advantage)
Communicate confidently at executive level and build trust through credibility
Are fluent in Danish and English both written and spoken
