This role sits at the intersection of private equity data reporting finance operations and technology. The position offers strong exposure to senior leadership and will partner closely with Finance Operations Reporting Technology and business stakeholders to build scalable data governance practices and support broader finance transformation initiatives across a sophisticated investment platform.

Responsibilities

• Data Governance:Support data governance standards controls and best practices across the global private equity platform.
• Data Quality:Help improve the accuracy consistency completeness and usability of key investment finance operations and reporting data.
• Business Partnership:Partner with Finance Operations Reporting Technology and business stakeholders to understand data needs and improve workflows.
• Finance Transformation:Support initiatives that streamline reporting reduce manual processes and improve data-driven decision-making.
• Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to enhance documentation controls workflows and recurring data processes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination:Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams to translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Reporting Support:Help ensure key data elements are properly defined sourced maintained and available for reporting and analytics.
• Strategic Projects:Contribute to ad hoc projects tied to data quality reporting infrastructure operating model design and platform growth.

What Were Looking For

• Relevant experience in asset management private equity investment operations fund finance reporting data governance data management or a closely related field
• Strong understanding of investment management private equity fund structures reporting workflows or finance/operations processes
• Ability to translate business requirements into structured data reporting process or governance solutions
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Exposure to data tools reporting platforms databases SQL Power BI Snowflake or similar tools is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex data sets definitions and workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical or data-related concepts to non-technical stakeholders
